It's been about a month since the US Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade, meaning that states can impose their own laws on women regarding their pregnancies. Horror stories have emerged ever since.
Events in the US are a timely reminder that abortion laws and access to services in the UK, although better than many countries, are far from perfect. We can never take reproductive rights for granted, and we must not stop until abortion is treated like all other healthcare.
